Regents Hall
Regents Hall is a residential development of 65 apartments. The scheme has been arranged in four blocks consisting of between 15 and 18 units in each block with underground car park comprising 25,000 square feet. Skyco assisted in the procurement, design and development of this project. All aspects of the development were managed and controlled by Skyco to ultimately provide a turnkey package for our clients.

American Embassy Dublin
The Compound Access Control Building at the American Embassy in Ballsbridge, Dublin, Ireland was constructed with adherence to the specific and stringent security requirements as set out by the United States Government in the context of heightened security awareness. The structure consisted of a reinforced concrete frame, extensive glazing and exterior stone blended into both a structurally sound and visually appealing structure.
